Science Event
Fri 24 Mar 2023This afternoon, we took some of our best scientists to an EMET science event held at The Belfry Hotel. Lots of EMET schools came together to showcase their work from British Science week.
Mr Rippin, our science lead, produced a fabulous display of the work produced throughout school. Our school representatives were respectful and knowledgeable and enjoyed exploring the science work from other schools.
It was a fantastic event and a great way to celebrate all things scientific!

M&M Theatre Production 'The Hobbit'

This afternoon, M&M theatre productions came into school and transformed our hall into a magical stage for their production of The Hobbit. The whole school were mesmerised by the wonderful costumes and props...especially the spider!
What a fantastic treat for us all after a difficult couple of days.
A huge thank you to our PTA who funded the performance and to M&M Theatre productions for their wonderful performance, for getting the children involved and for bringing the magic of theatre to our school.

World Book Day
Fri 03 Mar 2023The children have loved celebrating World Book Day in their pyjamas! What a great way to enjoy, share and celebrate our favourite stories.
Some of the children in year 6 have designed and made their own World Book Day dress for this special day. We can't wait to showcase the rest of our World Book Day work in the school entrance.
Many thanks to all the parents who were able to come to our Book Cafes. They were a great success! Thank you to the PTA for serving refreshments and thank you to all of our parents for helping us share the magic of reading.
