Sports Day
Fri 22 Jul 2022On Friday 22nd July we held our annual Gilthill Sports Day. What a fantastic event it was. The children were split into 7 continent teams and all the children competed to win points for their team. We had a whole week of pre-sports activities which the children loved.
A huge thank you to Miss Bult for organising the event and to Mr Lee for coming to help out on the day. Everything ran smoothly and thankfully the rain stayed away. It was wonderful having parents there to share the event, giving it a real community feel. Thank you to the PTA for providing refreshments on the day and to all staff for supporting their teams.

Thu 21 Jul 2022Our new wall art arrived last week. Our aims and values are now proudly on display for everyone to see. A big thank you to Mrs Keeton at AlphaGraphics for supplying and fitting for us.

Year 5/6 Production - The Lion King
Wed 20 Jul 2022This year our Year 5 and 6 end of year production was The Lion King. What an amazing performance by all the children. The singing, dancing, the costumes and props were just outstanding. Everyone played their part from the actors and the choir to the stagehands and the tech people. Well done everyone on a fabulous end of year production and well done to the Year 5 and 6 staff team for all their work putting this together. What a wonderful memory for our Year 6’s to take away with them from their time at Gilthill. The ‘Circle of Life’ will forever stay in my memory!
