Welcome to Year 3
There are lots of exciting topics in Year 3; a list of these is posted on this website every term. The topic plan includes information about each subject covered and can be a useful guide, as some parents like to tie in day trips, books for presents or from the library and documentaries on TV etc.
This is what we will learn about this term
Homework
We ask that children read 5 times a week. From time to time we will set a task, for example Maths, English, learning lines and Topic related research or activity with return dates set accordingly.
PE
We have P.E twice a week please ensure that your child has a full P.E kit in school for the whole week. When we visit Kimberley Leisure Centre for swimming lessons, it is on a Tuesday morning, but you will always be informed by letter.
