Gilthill Sports Day 2025

After a soggy start, the clouds cleared a little, and we were able to enjoy our annual sports day! It is such a well-loved event at Gilthill, and we certainly weren’t going to let a bit of drizzle spoil our fun. The children were absolutely fabulous at cheering each other on, and our Year 6's did a brilliant job of helping out. All week, we’ve been completing sports events to gain points for our teams, and today was the final push for those extra points.

A big thank you to all the parents and carers who came along to cheer us on! A huge well done to the staff team for getting involved and rooting for their teams. Special thanks to Mr Clarke for his fantastic organisational skills. What a fabulous event it was! Congratulations to the Blue Pangolins for their first-place victory. Remember, we’re all winners for persevering, staying committed, and having a blast!
